The running head lights offer 3 light modes; high beam, dimmed and flashing, so you can select the level of lighting required for your run and the lighting conditions outside.

Its inclusive clip-on rear LED light has 3 settings, and the elasticated running headband with lights can be adjusted to a comfortable position.
